When a current True Engagement client refers a new customer who uses their referral code, the referring client earns 2.5% of the new client’s eligible net purchases during the first 24 months of the new client’s relationship with True Engagement Promotions.

YOU EARN 2.5%
You earn 2.5% of the referred client’s eligible net purchases for 24 months, with quarterly reporting and scheduled referral-fee payments.
ELIGIBLE PURCHASES ACROSS TRUE ENGAGEMENT.
Referral fees apply to eligible purchases made by the referred client during their first 24 months with True Engagement, including:

The 2.5% referral fee is calculated after excluding:
- Shipping and freight
- Set-up charges
- Rush fees
- Sales tax
- Spotlight Specials promotional items
CLEAR REPORTING. PREDICTABLE PAYMENTS.
QUARTERLY STATEMENTS
True Engagement will track qualifying activity and email the referring client a quarterly statement within 28 days after the end of each calendar quarter for review.
REFERRAL-FEE PAYMENTS
Referral fees earned during the previous quarter will be paid approximately six weeks after the close of that quarter.
24-MONTH EARNING WINDOW
Qualifying referral fees continue for purchases made during the referred client’s first 24 months with True Engagement Promotions.

EXCEPTIONAL PRICING ON HIGH-DEMAND PRODUCTS.
From time to time, True Engagement will feature Spotlight Specials—select high-demand promotional products offered at exceptionally aggressive pricing and promoted across the True Engagement website, social media, digital channels and print advertising. Because these offers are intentionally priced at unusually low margins, Spotlight Specials are not eligible for referral fees.
